These terms govern your use of the Somerset Ads website and services. By engaging Somerset Ads for Meta advertising management, you agree to the terms set out in your individual service agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Services
Somerset Ads provides Facebook and Instagram advertising management services, including campaign setup, creative, optimisation and reporting, as agreed in a separate proposal or contract with each client.
Ad Spend
Advertising spend is billed directly by Meta to the client's own ad account and payment method, and is separate from Somerset Ads' management fees.
No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to deliver strong performance, advertising results depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, offer, competition) and are not guaranteed.
Cancellation
Our packages are rolling and month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may cancel with the notice period stated in their service agreement.
